Ingredients:

1 serving vanilla protein powder

2 tablespoons peanut butter (or almond butter)

1 to 2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 cups unsweetened nut milk

1 teaspoon cacao nibs

C.R.E.A.M Cauliflower Smoothie with Blueberry and Cinnamon

The addition of cauliflower will not only make this drink super creamy but it will also give you a boost of Vitamin C, Vitamin K, and folate. Both this cruciferous vegetable and blueberries contains sulfuric compounds called glucosinolates, which have been found to be protective against multiple types of cancer.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

1/2 cup loosely packed greens of choice

3/4 cup frozen blueberries

1 teaspoon powdered cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon powdered ginger

2 heaping tablespoon hulled hemp hearts

Generous pinch salt

Splash vanilla extract

1 ripe banana

1 cup of water

Once blended, add more water until you reach desired consistency.
