On March 30, 2020, thousands of people from all backgrounds and walks of life marched through the streets of West Hollywood, California in solidarity to campaign against the unlawful violence and systemic racism towards Black people in America. Cinematographer Aaron Gaston captured the peace, rage and passion of a people who demand change and aren’t going to settle for anything else.

Aaron, a Los Angeles native, has been practicing cinematography for several years. After graduating from Maryland State Eastern Shore University where he originally picked up the camera, he moved back west and diligently got to work. While working on sets with artists such as Vanessa Bell Calloway, Joe Tory, Ryan Coogler, and Ta-Nehisi Coates, Aaron has accumulated a wealth of experience and continues to hone his craft.
